Hi, I’m Kris
I started Vitality Massage Therapy in Point Loma because getting a great massage in San Diego usually meant driving across town, circling for parking, and losing half the afternoon to get one good hour. It shouldn’t be that hard to relax.
So we flipped it around: the studio comes to you. We set up a professional table with fresh linens in your living room, hotel, or office, do the work, and pack it all out when we’re done. You go straight from the table to your couch, which is exactly where you want to be after a massage.
Our therapists are CAMTC-certified, ABMP members, insured, and background-checked. Sessions blend Swedish, deep tissue, and sports techniques depending on what your body needs that day — tell us what’s going on and we’ll build the session around it.

Hands-on time starts when the session starts. Setup happens before your appointment, not during it — we arrive early so the table is ready at your booked time.
A real studio setup, portable
Professional table, fresh linens for every client, bolsters, and unscented or lightly scented lotions — the same equipment a good studio uses, assembled in about ten minutes in a 7×9 ft space.
Your home stays yours
We set up quietly, do good work, and pack out quickly. Nobody tries to sell you a product line on the way out — and you keep the couch afterward instead of a drive home.
